Mio was given to me as a Christmas present in December 2014 when I was 12 years old. He was the first pony I got after moving to Germany from Australia. Throughout all of 2015 and most of 2016 he was my only pony. We had lots of fun together riding in the forest, bareback and tackless, jumping and trick training. In 2017 after we moved to the UK we also did a few shows together with mixed results - usually either winning or being eliminated!
Mio is a quick pony and had the talent to be a great 128cm stepping stones pony, however he could be very cheeky when competing and by the time he was going well in competitions I was already too big for him. Because of his attitude I decided not to let any other children compete on him. He is now semi-retired and is great company for both our mares and stallions.
Sire: Conrado
Mio's sire is the Premium Welsh B stallion Conrado. Conrado was born in 1991 and is Approved with the Hanoverian Pony Society in Germany. He has had quite a few successful offspring - including a state premium daughter and a top track 128cm pony.
